Sundial (Man Enters the Cosmos) is visually and functionally appropriate in front of the Adler Planetarium. Henry Moore's bronze sculpture marks the time of day by casting a shadow on the ground. This piece is representative of the "golden years of astronomy" which is from 1930-1950.
